    Senior Architectural Hiring Specialist

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with design professionals, aiding in their career advancement.
    • Conduct personalized career coaching sessions for professionals in architecture, interior design, MEP, and civil engineering.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends in the AEC field, offering valuable insights to candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Create dynamic and interactive soft skills workshop content tailored to various audience requirements and learning preferences.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of workforce strategy initiatives, such as 360-performance evaluations, training workshops, strategic planning, benefits assessments, and staff engagement surveys.
    • Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including cold outreach, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and industry gatherings.
    • Research and craft industry-specific blog posts to promote DesignForce and personal branding.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, career coaching, organizational psychology, design or engineering consulting, or a related field.
    • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Show self-motivation and a dedication to task accomplishment.
    • Be adaptable and quickly respond to changes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
    • A passion for food. Yes, we enjoy good food. (Knowledge of the DC food scene is advantageous but not mandatory).
