    Position Overview
    We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Data Officer (CDO) to spearhead our data architecture and management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing data management strategies in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on Investment Management.

    As the CDO, you will oversee data collection, storage, quality, access, and security throughout the organization.



    Key Responsibilities:
    - Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the business model and priorities of CA.
    - Lead the design and implementation of robust data architecture and infrastructure to support critical datasets.
    - Oversee the selection and implementation of Data Warehouse and Master Data Management solutions.
    - Establish Data Governance practices and policies, ensuring data quality and security.
    - Implement a Data Quality framework, collaborate with Business stakeholders, and mentor data professionals.

    - Keep abreast of data management trends, technologies, and regulations.

    Qualifications:
    - Minimum 15 years of data management experience, preferably in investment management.
    - Strong expertise in data architecture, modeling, warehousing, and data management tools.

    - Demonstrated leadership, communication, and information management skills.
    - Experience in operationalizing data governance, data quality, and familiarity with big data solutions.
    - Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements in financial services.
    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
