Your responsibilities with us:

  • You lead the GRAPES team together with the management
  • You take care of our wine selection with around 1000 options
  • You manage the evening operations and assist with operational tasks
  • You ensure proper service for our guests
  • You maintain our service standards and train your team members
  • You handle administrative tasks
  • You are responsible for the wine storage, controlling, and purchasing
  • You create and calculate the wine menu

What we expect from you:

  • You are a natural host
  • You have successfully completed a hospitality education and have several years of experience in a similar position
  • Wine is your world and your passion
  • You have extensive wine knowledge and ideally are a sommelier
  • You have a strong sense of quality, dedication, and teamwork
  • Good German and English skills
