- Work directly with indirect buyers and legal team, being responsible for quality and priorities.
- This individual will manage indirect procurement activities and project-based programs for new and existing contracts, including amendments, renewals, and/or negotiated acquisitions. Responsible for managing some of the post-award contract activities. Support activities and communications between key business stakeholders and Core System Vendors for implementation of new systems and optimization of current systems
- Identify areas of process improvement and promote strategic relationships with business areas.
- Manage our Contract Management tool.
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Materials Management, Business administration, Public Administration finance or related field
- Extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skills, excellent written and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excel or similar software.
- Contract managers also need to maintain contractual records: digital- cloud-based software. Experience with working with Ironclad, our contract management tool is preferred.
