SUMMARY:


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:


Strategic Sourcing:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure a stable and costeffective supply chain.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.

Supplier Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of highquality materials.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to identify costsaving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize costs while maintaining product quality.

Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.
• Implement strategies to manage disruptions and shortages proactively.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce lead times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the manufacturing industry.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Indepth knowledge of

Pay:
$80, $100,000.00 per year
