    Description

    Primary Job Function :
    Overall responsibility for a multi-million dollar revenue business.

    Lead all aspects of branch operations including sales, customer service, operations, financial management, and team development in accordance with all company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

    Monitor overall regional market conditions in order to maintain a competitive advantage.

    Essential Job Duties :


    Oversee the financial performance of the branch through sales management, inventory and expense control, and proper allocation of human resources.

    Maintain contact with key customers while helping to grow new accounts.
    Develop plans for efficient use of products and employees.
    Coordinate distribution, and warehousing activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    Review inventory control programs and modify as needed.
    Establish adequate levels of inventory at branch location.
    Review, monitor, and analyze monthly P&L reports, daily sales reports, and other KPI's, and lead on the data accordingly.
    Leverage your current leadership skills to build a success driven team

    Education:
    4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred.

    Experience:
    Minimum 3 years of prior experience in construction or industrial related markets helpful

    Skills:
    Good interpersonal skills.
    Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other staff, employees, and managers.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Travel:
    Ability to travel occasionally, up to 20%.

    Certifications/licenses:
    Valid state driver's license and ability to be insured required.

    Computer skills/software:
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), network navigation, and Internet navigation skills at an intermediate level required.

    Supervisory responsibilities:
    Has responsibility and primary supervisory accountability for branch personnel. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch location. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
