    IT Project Coordinator

    Remote

    **Client would like candidates local to the Dallas area

    3-6-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension

    The Recruiting Project Coordinator works under a Project Manager's direction and helps ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Project Coordinators are responsible for coordinating multiple aspects of a project in a fast-paced work environment and communicating updates, challenges, and risks to the team.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Project Manager with the adherence and documentation of project plans, project schedules, Processes and procedures, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
    • Act as a liaison and/or interface to different business units and/or clients.
    • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
    • Document financials for each project.
    • Organize, record, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 2 years of relevant work experience in recruiting, Project Management and/or Project Coordination within the IT industry.
    • Desktop or Field Tech experience would be a plus
