    As an Insurance Agent, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, providing them with valuable insurance solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses protect themselves against potential risks. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, we invite you to join our team. We currently are getting more than 300 referrals weekly from our sister company that is a contractor school.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses who are already a client of sister company. General Liability, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto and Property, Bonds, Builders Rick, and more
    • Develop and maintain client relationships
    • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
    • Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
    • Utilize various sales techniques, such as telemarketing and outside sales, to generate leads and close deals

    Experience:

    • Previous experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or customer service is preferred
    • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
    • Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
