- Educate clients on various health insurance options, including dental plans
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products based on their unique circumstances
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing support and assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 License or ability to obtain either licensure for the state of Florida within 14 days or hire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with health insurance products and terminology (preferred but not required)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Competitive compensation package: $500/week base pay + commission + residuals
- Advancement within the company, management training, etc
