    Position Summary: Join us as the Bobo's Sales & Marketing assistant, the crucial support for our sales and marketing efforts. This Rockstar will handle a variety of tasks, supporting the sales team, collaborating with the marketing team, and engaging with our online community to enhance brand awareness.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Sample Program Management – overseeing inventory, coordinating orders, and managing shipments
    • Assist with systems management for key retailers and set up forms for customers and distributors
    • Manage tradeshow process, organize assets, maintain online listings, and assist with national events
    • Handle swag inventory, marketing tasks, customer setups, and ensure accurate price lists
    • Organize selling presentation, manage customer timelines, and ensure deadlines are met

    Qualifications / Education / Experience Desired:

    • Autonomous, self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, detail-oriented, results-driven
    • Creative spirit, integrity, and experience in the CPG / Food & Beverage industry

    Language / Mathematical / Reasoning Ability:

    • Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Shopify, and Adobe
    • Exceptional time management skills and familiarity with the natural products industry

    Supervision Given:

    • This position reports to the Brand Manager
    • Expected to work independently with minimal oversight

    Physical Demands:

    The employee may be required to sit, stand, use hands, walk, lift up to a certain weight, and have specific vision abilities. Travel, driving, and communication skills are essential.

    Location: Based at our Headquarters in Loveland, CO

    Travel Required:

    Some travel required, less than 20%
