    Currently, we are seeking a proactive professional to fill the role of Information Governance Analyst (Exchange and Onboarding Focus). This position offers flexibility to work remotely or in any of our office locations, including a hybrid setup.

    As an Information Governance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Information Governance (IG) strategy, emphasizing the management of all Client and Firm assets throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Microsoft Exchange Management: Handling IG tasks within the Microsoft Exchange environment, such as material preparation for matter mobility, legal hold compliance, onboarding new attorneys, and more.
    • Onboarding: Assisting in the seamless onboarding of files and data for new attorneys and clients, involving data import, file mapping, priorities clarification, and legal hold implementation.

    Essential job functions:

    • Analyze detailed functional requirements.
    • Design and propose process improvements and systems enhancements.
    • Document analysis results and recommendations, utilizing tools like process flow diagrams and system specifications.
    • Write procedures for new applications.
    • Provide unit and integration testing, advise and train users on processes and systems, and more.

    Furthermore, you will guide projects, develop and implement IG policies, work closely with various teams within the firm, assist with client audits, and ensure compliance with governance, ethics, and security/privacy standards.

    Position Requirements:

    • 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years' relevant experience necessary.
    • Strong analytical skills and high technical aptitude essential.
    • Leadership experience in managing projects.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general database systems.
    • Knowledge of Electronic Management Systems preferred.

    State of California: $53,000 - $102,000
    State of Colorado: $49,000 - $88,000
    Jersey City, NJ: $58,000 - $105,000
    State of Massachusetts: $53,000 - $102,000
    State of New York: $50,000 - $107,000
    State of Washington: $52,000 - $98,000
    Washington: $69,000 - $101,000

    Please note that bonus opportunities are available but non-guaranteed, contingent on individual and firm performance.
