    Full-time Hourly Position ranging from $23.00-$25.00 depending on experience (With Bonus Opportunities)Required to work out of the "La Emi" office twice a week in Santa Fe, NM. *Hybrid role with the ability to create your own schedule*

    Job Qualifications:
    • Assist with Marketing: graphic design, social media, newsletter and website content.
    • Able to utilize Strong Computer Skills – Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, MailChimp, QuickBooks, Zoom, Google Calendar, Facebook, and Instagram, etc.
    • Maximize visualization through marketing and media.
    • Develop and maintain revenue initiatives to maximize profit.
    • Excellent proof reading and editing abilities.
    • Organize volunteers and other support staff.
    • Coordinate distribution of marketing efforts.
    • Ability to handle accounting responsibilities.
    • Create and sell ads.
    • Collect artist bios and photos, and knowledge of W-9 contracts.
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, and performances.
    • Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required.

    Requirements:
    • Outstanding administration, operations, and business skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to managing multiple projects and tasks.
    • Skillful at establishing and maintaining digital operating structures and maintaining tech systems that increase organizational effectiveness.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines- and results-oriented.
    • Relationship builder with flexibility and finesse.
    • Ability to anticipate, understand, and creatively solve problems or resolve issues.
    • Detail- and task-oriented and able to complete projects and assignments by deadlines.


    Compensation details: 23-25 Hourly Wage
