    General Summary

    This position is responsible for coordinating all material, labor, and documentation for builder installations.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Review tracking/scheduling tool to ensure materials have been ordered at frame.
    • Perform cursory review of work order against builders' selection for accuracy including change orders.
    • Print work orders with installation diagram.
    • Upload signed paperwork to tracking/scheduling tool.
    • Coordinate material delivery for arrival prior to installation.
    • Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedule dates (material request dates).
    • Verify material on hand for installs.
    • Attend weekly administrative meetings.
    • Interface with other departmental team members to solve problems that cross departments.
    • Other customer service, administrative, and clerical duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
    • Proficiency in Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft a plus.
    • Ability to interface with business partners and across departments.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges.
    • Ability to multi-task.

    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1+ years of practical customer service in the new home construction industry.
    • Floor covering experience a plus.

    Other Requirements

    • The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to operate a computer keyboard.
    • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
    • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
    • This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
    • Travel required: negligible
