While reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead , you will be a customer advocate who shows great follow through and can be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment.

What you'll be doing:

You will handle any customer questions or concerns regarding order status and other related issues.
You will maintain customer files both physical and in the computer system
You will coordinate with production and ensure orders are scheduled and all deliveries are on time
You will quote customers pricing, enter new customer projects and any corrective actions.
You will prepare sample orders for sales staff and customers.
You will be forward facing to walk-in customers and visitors providing additional light receptionist duties as needed.

This position is located in DeKalb, IL Facility

We'd love to hear from you if:

We expect you to have a High School diploma or GED
You will have well-polished written communications and verbal skills
Two years' experience preferred within an office setting and multi-line phone system
Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) verbal and written skills are preferred
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Work, Outlook, etc.)
Professional dress required for front office environment

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $58,650.00 to $70,380.00

An incentive bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This incentive bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
