    Director of Data & Decisioning Position at our Company

    Looking for a role that thrives on leveraging data to drive critical decisions for clients' business and data ecosystems? Join our team at our Company where we value a data-first approach to create actionable insights that optimize client results and foster strategic growth.

    We are seeking thinkers who can distinguish between "good data" and "excessive data", emphasizing that better data is greater than more data. Are you skilled at analyzing large, diverse data sets and drawing conclusions from them? Can you confidently provide recommendations to clients at all levels? If so, then we should chat.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Overseeing project execution efficiently and implementing best practices
    • Fostering a collaborative team atmosphere and supporting employee career development through department-wide training initiatives
    • Acting as a key partner for clients and internal teams by implementing measurement and optimization frameworks driven by data to enhance media and business strategies
    • Strengthening client relationships by employing innovative and strategic approaches
    • Utilizing online and offline data in both rigorous and innovative ways while exploring advanced data sources, technologies, and methodologies
    • Analyzing various sources of online and offline data to support business decisions
    • Managing the delivery of critical projects through best practices and innovative methods, while promoting a collaborative team culture with growth opportunities
    • Crafting narratives and communicating data stories within your team and to clients

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 7-9 years of experience in analytics or strategy, preferably with tenure at a Marketing or Media agency
    • A bachelor's degree
    • Passion for data, marketing, and emerging trends in the media landscape
    • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
    • Experience in team management and development
    • Proficiency with modern analytical or statistical tools and techniques
    • Extensive knowledge of Digital Data tools, technologies, and methodologies (DSP's, site-tracking, tagging, pixels, etc.)
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences
