Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies and concepts
  • Plan communication measures in the context of change activities with cultural and organizational character
  • Organize and conduct events related to agile transformation, including large events such as town hall meetings, program increment planning, trade fair formats, etc.
  • Support and manage complex communication projects
  • Conceptualize and prepare texts for various media in terms of storytelling
  • Select and use appropriate media to convey changerelevant content (intranet, newsletters, videos, etc.) and further develop existing formats

Profile:

  • Completed degree, preferably with a focus on communication
  • Several years of professional experience in the agile transformation of a (large) corporation, ideally in corporate communication
  • Confident and proactive communication with different target groups and stakeholders
  • Affinity for an environment that demands agility, commitment, creativity, and personal responsibility
  • Ability to think ahead and outside the box
  • Strong ability to prioritize and structure tasks and projects.
