Summary/Objective
We are seeking an IT Specialist to support end users with the use of web-based applications and troubleshooting hardware or service connectivity issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.

Education and Experience

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Work Environment, Programs, and Tools This position operates in a professional remo e environment and requires individual to type, sit, stand, talk, and listen.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This position will be hybrid at either our Stennis Space Center, MS, Tallahassee, FL, or Tampa, FL locations for co-working capability.
This position may require evening/weekend work and work outside of the typical work hours when needed to support business needs.
TravelSignificant travel is not expected for this role.
Security Clearance None required at this time.
