    • Shadowing Seasoned Pros: Learn from seasoned agents as you observe property valuations, client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
    • Training and Workshops: Participate in tailored sessions designed to equip you with the tools for success.
    • Market Immersion: Dive deep into the local market, gaining insights into trends, evaluations, and investment strategies.
    • Networking: Expand your network with industry professionals, learning the power of relationships.
    • Assisting Transactions: Support mentors in various aspects of transactions, gaining hands-on experience.
    • Open Houses: Master the art of the "7th Level Open House" while growing your personal database.

    Compensation:

    $100,000 + at plan

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent customer service and guidance to clients, nurturing strong connections to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Stay informed about the local real estate market in Gainesville, VA, and nearby areas.
    • Specialize in hyperlocal real estate within Gainesville, VA, focusing on serving the community effectively.
    • Consult with potential buyers and sellers to comprehend their needs and facilitate successful deal closures.
    • Actively engage with leads, initiating contact and following up to maximize sales opportunities.
    Qualifications:
    • The ideal candidate should complete tasks promptly and effectively in the real estate industry.
    • Holding an active real estate license in Virginia is a must for this position.
    • A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in real estate is required.
    • Proficiency in using CRM Brivity is essential for success in this role.
    • The ability to build and lead a team within the organization is a key requirement.
    • Being team-oriented and collaborative is crucial for effective performance.
    • Demonstrating a strong desire for learning and professional growth is highly valued.
    • Showing sheer determination and a drive to succeed is important in this role.
    • Passion for real estate and a strong aspiration to excel in the field are essential qualities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for client interactions.
    • Having a high level of enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and a growth-oriented mindset is preferred.
    • While a basic understanding of real estate principles is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate.
