Job Summary

An AI SaaS company is building an enterprise co-pilot for restaurants. The Customer Success Manager will own post-sale outcomes for mid-market customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale customer relationships from implementation handoff through renewal
  • Partner with Implementation to ensure a strong kickoff, alignment on goals, and successful go-live
