Construction Sourcing Manager
Onsite 3 days a week 2 days remote

o Extensive experience vetting architectural, MEP, and GC firms.
o An understanding of construction market forces with an emphasis on the Bay Area.
o Pre-existing relationships with local market participants a major plus.
o GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) construction experience a major plus.
o Demonstrated understanding in the AIA design and construction contract set.
o Demonstrated experience preparing RFP documents for design and construction.
o Demonstrated experience analyzing bid results, leveling bids, and negotiating rates/fees.
o Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional relationships to drive a transparent decision-making process.
o Experience identifying and negotiating the purchase of long-lead equipment.
