- Schedule calls/meetings and maintain calendars
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, company weekly news briefs,
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, the sales department territory directory, maps, and organizational charts.
- Coordinate the annual Handwriting Contest
- Manager the company's intranet site
- Manage invoices and expense reports.
- Coordinate meetings, to include travel, meeting setup, and lunches
- Assist with sales reps' car reimbursement program
- Support new hire onboardings within the Sales & Marketing teams.
- Assist with printing as needed

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing group daily to enable staff and the leadership team to achieve business objectives.
