- Establish strong cadence with key customer stakeholders to understand demand forecast, specific product feedback and requirements.
- Act as primary point of contact for key strategic accounts for all feedback and inquiries; interface between internal MultiLane teams and stakeholders at external accounts.
- Strive for 100% completion of booking targets and associated KPIs.
- Ensure demand forecast is properly scoped out by operations and engineering teams.
- Expand MultiLane's beachhead within established accounts to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Comprehensively log all opportunities (closed/lost/won/scheduled) within said accounts in our HubSpot CRM.
- Regularly follow-up internally with post-sales order fulfillment, ensuring backlog is being fulfilled in a rapid, efficient, and proactive manner.
- Ensure technical issues/requirements are properly funneled to the correct FAE, follow up with internal FAEs to ensure all open technical issues are addressed comprehensively and swiftly.
- Actively contribute to MultiLane global sales strategy in terms of sales tactics, engagement timelines, customer requirements.
- Provide input to marketing teams as pertains to suggested improvements on product promotion and brand awareness.
- Interface with general MultiLane customers for sales support, company presentations/visits/meetings etc., as needed by the overall business.
- Assist and drive strategic engagements and opportunities, even those outside of the initial list of supported accounts.
- Independently identify new opportunities for revenue, align with internal team on plan of attack.

Position Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Accounts to drive sales growth and expansion in the high-speed test and measurement/interconnect markets.
This includes scoping new business opportunities within said accounts, fostering strategic partnerships, nurturing/scaling existing projects, driving cross selling to promote full portfolio and directing post-sales support cases.
The DSA will work closely with the MultiLane Inc FAE/Sales teams, along with engineering teams to align product delivery timelines and specifications with the customer requirements.
This position reports directly to the President/General Manager of MultiLane Inc (Hani Daou).Roles and Responsibilities:
