- Develop associates through training on policies and procedures.
- Promote open communication to foster organizational cohesion.
- Monitor operational data to ensure order accuracy and productivity targets are met.
- Conduct hiring, reviews, discipline, and terminations for night warehouse staff.
- Regularly inspect the facility for safety hazards and address them promptly.
- Recommend operational improvements to control expenses and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and address inventory shrink issues.
- Prepare various reports and forms related to warehouse operations.
- Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Related Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse distribution and 1 year managing an hourly workforce.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to interpret financial and operational data, basic computer skills, familiarity with inventory control and regulatory requirements, strong leadership and communication skills, and broad knowledge of warehouse operations.

Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE
Manage night warehouse operations and personnel to ensure safe and efficient preparation of products for next-day delivery. Direct associates to fulfill accurate orders, stage them, and load trucks. Also, oversee warehouse setup for the following day. Address personnel, organizational, and equipment issues during the night shift.
