Responsibilities

Be accountable for translating client's business needs into specific system designs.
Advocate for the client in designing solutions to address their business issues.
Plan, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide solutions.
Analyze and identify system requirements and ensure integration.
Provide Systems Engineering and Integration support for operational projects.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to deploy and maintain systems efficiently.
Identify and resolve integration issues.
Provide input to organizational processes and keep management informed.
Support project management for quick-turnaround projects.
Track schedules and progress of technical projects.
Develop and maintain program management processes.
Manage stakeholder expectations.
Develop and maintain integrated operations schedules.
Inform technical decisions based on mission data.
Support requirements development and traceability.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proactive in managing technical projects, able to work on multiple fast-paced projects, and eager to learn about the organization's activities.

Qualifications

An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Systems Integrator for government customers.
Experience in engineering support related to cyber operations, communications, or military tracking.
Experience with managing complex contracts and funding streams.
Desire and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the organization's focus.

Desired Qualifications

A technical undergraduate degree in an Engineering, Science, Technical, or related field.

Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
