- Monitor progress of IT modernization initiatives and update clients on key integration risks related to financial reporting, budget execution, or audits
- Help translate end user business requirements into detailed functional and technical systems requirements for financial management enterprises
- Aid in developing functional requirements for system updates and technological changes
- Collaborate with financial management experts to evaluate the impact of system modernization on counterintelligence and cybersecurity threats
- Offer recommendations on systems, highlighting risk areas and key considerations for client adoption
- Assist a team in assessing current system architecture and designs of financial management solutions within Intelligence Community, DoD, and other government entities
- Minimum of three years of experience in IT system implementation
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in implementing/managing financial systems for Federal agencies, departments, or private sector
- Experience with Momentum, Oracle Financials, or PeopleSoft
- Ability to travel as needed for firm engagements
- U.S. citizenship and active U.S. Federal government TS/SCI + Poly security clearance required
