This is a challenging rolethat requires a strong understanding of how services are being run andmeasured and is the critical link between the team and its clients, ensuringthat service requests are efficiently handled, customer expectations are met,and service standards are maintained.
Person should be ITIL certified andhave hands on work-ex in medium to large enterprise setup running MI calls aswell as performing the duties of an incident manager through the incidentlifecycleExperience Required

Roles & Responsibilities
Establishingquality standards for staff to adhere to as part of their daily duties
Monitor andevaluate the service teams performance, providing regular feedback, coachingand recognition to drive individual and team excellence.
Developingand implementing service strategies to enhance customer experience and meetservice objectives. Monitor service metrics, analyze customer feedback andaddress any gaps or areas for improvement. Auditing the work of the team toidentify inefficiencies and addressing them
Collaboratewith other departments to develop and implement strategies to improvecustomer satisfaction, increase service efficiency and achieve businessobjectives.
Prepare andpresent regular reports to senior management on service performance, keymetrics and improvement initiatives.
Proactivelyidentify opportunities for service improvement, recommending and implementingprocess enhancements, tools or technologies.
Stayupdated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in theservice field, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge andskills.
Acting as apoint of escalation for complex customer issues, demonstrating goodproblem-solving skills and resolving conflicts in a professional andeffective manner.
