    Location:
    Hybrid – Work From Home and Onsite at Ashburn, Virginia.

    Reports To:
    Global Infrastructure Operations Manager (Ireland based)


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure operations and management.
    • Proven expertise in hosting and cloud platforms, with specific experience in SAP hosting preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of maintaining Windows and Linux environments.
    • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
    • Industry IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, VMware, AWS) are advantageous.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to conceptualize, plan, and document effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
