    Overview:

    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for completing the day-to-day warehouse activities, as well as assisting with both domestic and international shipping.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for both domestic and international delivery with precision and efficiency.

    Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange shipment pickups and deliveries.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

    Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

    Perform other warehouse duties as needed, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and shipping.

    Familiar with Fishbowl Inventory software or similar inventory management systems.

    Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations and documentation requirements, as well as well as experience working with international customs portals.

    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb, and stand for extended periods.
