I have many years of experience in the customer service industry. My first job was a closing customer service manager at Goodwill. I learned a lot about customer service and teamwork. I had to manage people twice my age and people in my age group. Through this experience I am able to handle and talk to anybody in a professional and nonprofessional manner.
