  • SAP focus: You will maintain master data, manage contract documents, review and process invoices and construction projects, monitor payment runs for heat and electricity contracts, and support with short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning.

Maintenance management: You will record deficiency reports, coordinate the handling of warranty cases, clarify urgency, content, and scope of orders, and create orders for trade companies.

Administration: You will create presentations, protocols, and files, conduct discussions and communication with tenants, trade companies, as well as authorities, and support with any necessary writing, organizational, and administrative tasks in the secretariat.
