We are currently seeking a:
Civil Servant (m/f/d)
for the Department of Public Order and Trade in Lanesboro, PA
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and permanent.

Your responsibilities include:
- Developing concepts for the emergency response team
- Updating/maintaining the emergency response plan
- Creating contingency plans for major incidents (e.g. floods, power outages, bomb disposal, storms, train accidents, evacuations)
- Planning and conducting exercises
- Preparing public information
- Setting up/maintaining emergency shelters for the population
- Tasks according to the Trade Regulation Act
- Conducting trade prohibition procedures
- Tasks according to the Gaststättengesetz (German law regulating restaurants and bars)
- Processing event notifications and complaints
- Inspecting events
- Conducting fine proceedings and trade prohibition procedures
- Processing applications for assembly permits
