    Job Description

    Executive Chef and Assistant General Manager

    The Opportunity
    Shape the future of hospitality as a Food Runner at Zero Bond, bridging the gap between kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.

    The Role
    As a Runner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service. Responsibilities include:

    • Adaptable schedule to meet the demands of Zero Bond and its dynamic events
    • Efficiently deliver food orders to members' tables with precision and promptness
    • Facilitate communication between front and back of house teams
    • Professional and courteous interaction with guests
    • Assist in table setup and maintenance
    • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service
    • Uphold Zero Bond standards diligently
    • Engage with members to provide information and address inquiries
    • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area

    Qualifications & Characteristics:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
    • Passion for the hospitality industry
    • Basic understanding of beverages
    • Positive and professional attitude under all circumstances
    • Adaptability to fast-paced environments
    • Ability to follow instructions accurately
    • Physical stamina to withstand extended periods on feet and handle moderate lifting

    Physical Demands:

    • Manual dexterity for handling objects
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Quick movements within the club premises
    • Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds occasionally
    • Intermittent exposure to various environmental conditions
    • Flexibility for bending, kneeling, and climbing when necessary
