Team Assistant for Planning and Construction (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will support the project team in planning and managing their projects
  • You will handle general correspondence and coordinate inquiries from construction partners
  • You will prepare procurement decisions and be responsible for invoice processing
  • You will create evaluations, reports, presentations, and contribute to the development and optimization of business structures
  • You will coordinate and maintain project data through digital platforms
  • You will foster a positive team spirit
  • You will organize meetings, appointments, and construction site events

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training
  • You are the "heart and soul" of the team and a central point of contact for everyone
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive thinking, and identification with the task at hand
  • High level of expertise, resilience, and honesty
