- CNC Setup and Operation: Teaching tools, loading programs, and adjusting work/tool offsets on Haas, Fanuc, and Okuma controls.
- Precision Work: Reading blueprints and inspecting parts for conformity to typically +/- .005 tolerance.
- Quality Assurance: Inspecting parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
- Skills and Experience: Completion of a trade school program and/or a minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Technical Aptitude: Possess strong mechanical skills and have a keen eye for detail.
- Personal Attributes: Demonstrating traits like honesty, dependability, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail. Enjoying working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and being a quality-oriented team player.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of walking, bending, and continuously lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Work is carried out in a machine shop setting.
- Noise levels in the work environment are typically low to moderate.
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules and hours as needed.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Prototype Wizard to join us as a Lathe/Millturn Machinist. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines for quick-turn prototypes and low/mid-volume production parts.
