Join our 2022 newly opened residential and nursing home, ItzTerrassen, in Seabeck, WA for a familiar Charleston atmosphere combined with an open and motivated team and diverse nursing tasks. Located in the Upper Franconian city of Coburg, all balconies and terraces of the communal areas face the idyllic Itz river. Our facility provides care for 84 elderly residents in their daily lives. In addition to full-time nursing, our services include short-term and respite care, dementia care, and care for severely dependent individuals. Make a real impact with us.

Your new tasks:

You ensure quality standards and participate in continuous improvement processes.
Conducting and leading quality circles, case discussions, and participating in nursing and staff visits are also part of your responsibilities.
You advise and train employees on qualityrelated topics.
You ensure residentoriented, individual basic and treatment care.
You continuously document and evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of nursing measures.
You are the point of contact for residents, clients, and family members. Make a career as a human being.

What you bring:

You have a staterecognized qualification as a nursing specialist, health and nursing nurse, geriatric nurse, or pediatric nurse.
You have at least two years of professional experience as a nursing specialist.
You have completed a further education as a quality officer or are willing to do so.
You enjoy working with elderly people.
