We are currently looking for a part-time office assistant (m/f/d) for our location in Naples, IL (6 hours/week - potentially more hours, in the afternoons, permanent position).

Your tasks will include:

Managing the office and class organization at your location
Conducting consultations and providing support to your clients
Combining an attractive parttime job with the opportunity to do something meaningful and help people in need

Your qualifications:

Previous experience in office management career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
Strong customer orientation you always prioritize the needs of your clients
Proficiency in using a computer
Teamoriented, organized, empathetic, and enjoys working with people
