Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.


Duties:


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and equipment inspections
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with machinery and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
  • Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as needed
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including working with logic controllers
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Welding experience is a plus

From $33.71 per hour
