    Description

    We are committed to establishing ourselves as a part of the healthcare community in each neighborhood we serve. An important component to ensuring our objective of delivering high quality and affordable healthcare in a retail setting is to provide each nurse practitioner and physician assistant with a collaborative physician (CP) from whom they can seek clinical support and consultation.

    Responsibilities of the CP include:

    • Completing chart reviews
    • Loaded into an electronic review system for easy access at the physician's leisure on their person PC or laptop
    • Clinic visits or provider face-to-face meetings (when required by state)
    • Phone consultation during regular business hours for clinical questions

    Qualifications of the CP include:

    • Active/Eligible Board-Certification in Family Medicine or dual in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics is preferred
    • Active state license to practice medicine
    • Active DEA Registration (when required by state law)
    • Eligible State & Federal program participation status
