    Description

    As an Experienced Precision CNC OD/ ID Grinder, your role is pivotal in the production of aerospace components, requiring a high degree of skill and precision.

    You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC OD grinding machines, contributing to high-quality manufacturing outputs.

    Key Responsibilities of an Experienced CNC OD/ ID Grinder

    • Machine Setup & Operation: Responsible for the complete setup and operation of CNC outer diameter (OD) grinding machines.
    • CNC Programming:

    Quality Control:
    Regularly inspect parts using standard measuring tools, confirming adherence to aerospace industry regulations and standards.

    • Minimum of 2-5 Years CNC OD/ ID or Jig Grinding Experience Required vocational or technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
    • Experience in operating CNC grinding machines, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrable experience with manual grinding in a manufacturing environment.
