Your tasks:

Initiation and efficient management and implementation of appropriate enforcement and seizure measures into the movable and immovable assets of the debtor
Application for disclosure of assets
Application for issuance of a seizure and transfer order
Forced/safety mortgage
Detailed evaluation of asset and thirdparty information
Independent correspondence and telephone contact with clients, bailiffs, lawyers, consumer and counseling centers, thirdparty debtors, courts, etc. (inbound and outbound)
Processing and monitoring of accounts
Realization of securities

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed training as a legal assistant, bank clerk, or alternatively a wellcompleted comparable training
Basic knowledge in the field of enforcement desirable
Good MS Office skills
Experience in the debt collection and claims management field desirable
Independent and goaloriented work style, flexibility, high selfmotivation
Teamwork and resilience
