The Role:

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Use cold calling to acquire hoteliers (our customers) and raise awareness about our products or services.
  • Build and maintain beneficial relationships with our growing number of hotel clients.
  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify areas for growth and improve the customer experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on new features and services.
  • Create and optimize processes to improve client success and maximize profit potential.
  • Identify and address customer requests and complaints in a timely manner to mitigate the risk of churn.
  • Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for our customers.
  • Win back and reonboard churned customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 12 years of experience in a fastpaced environment, preferably in Customer Support and/or Sales roles, and ideally in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with new and existing customers.
