JOB SUMMARY

This role values working in a cooperative, team-oriented environment and provides an opportunity to welcome Owners and guests warmly while experiencing our commitment to the well-being of our associates.

As a Guest Service Associate, your role involves directly engaging with Owners and guests from their arrival until departure. Your responsibilities include processing guest arrivals and departures, offering accurate information about the resort and local area, and delivering a personalized vacation experience to each Owner and guest.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Follow company policies and procedures, maintain professionalism in appearance, report incidents promptly, and safeguard company assets.
Extend a warm welcome to guests, meet their service needs, communicate effectively, and foster positive working relationships within the team.
Adhere to quality standards, demonstrate a customer-centric approach, and possess a friendly demeanor.
Be flexible with your schedule, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Perform any other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
