Responsibilities:

  • Daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Ordering of appointments and practice supplies
  • Medical care and management of our patients and their families
  • Point of contact for patients, referring physicians, and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with medical diagnostics and performing independent blood draws
  • Monitoring examination rooms and restocking materials
  • Billing for services according to EBM/GOÄ and documenting in patient records
  • Inserting port needles and indwelling catheters
  • Independently administering chemotherapy treatments

Profile:

  • Completed training as a medical assistant or certified health and nursing professional, with a specialization in oncology preferred
  • Empathy and compassionate approach towards patients
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Cooperative collaboration with other departments

Compensation package:

  • Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am4pm
