In the district of Stendal, we have been a strong partner and provider of social services for many years.

With our youth leisure facilities in Bismark, Osterburg, and Seehausen, as well as our residential group (HzE) in Stendal and throughout the district, our team of approximately 20 employees may be small, but we are known for our great dedication.

We are looking for a committed educator for our project "Mo-Bi - Mobile Youth Work in Rural Areas of Bismark".

This role involves traditional mobile youth work in various communities around Bismark.

Your responsibilities:

Initiating activities, projects, and events for and with children and youth in different communities/villages around Bismark
Planning meaningful holiday activities, excursions, and trips
Collaboration in relevant networks and committees
Documentation, reporting, and quality assurance
Participation in team meetings
Public relations work

Your profile:

Degree as a staterecognized educator or equivalent qualification, preferably also suitable for entrylevel professionals
Class 3 driver's license and own car
Enthusiasm for working with children and youth
Reliability and willingness to take on responsibility
Conflict resolution skills and ability to work independently
