    As a part of the Advanced Tactical Data Links (ATDL) Program, you will play an integral role in supporting the mission of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Program Office (MPO) (PMA/PMW-101) in support of Navy, joint, allied and coalition forces world-wide to include the MIDS-Low Volume Terminal (MIDS-LVT) and MIDS Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS JTRS) as well as Link 16 and other Software Defined Radio (SDR) products and waveforms.

    HOW A Sr.

    Logistics Management Specialist WILL MAKE AN IMPACTRequired Experience:
    Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in working logistics programs performing a minimum of 7 out of the 10 Logistics Elements or a combined fifteen (15) years of experience in two or more of the following areas:
    Program execution oversight
    Analytical and problem solving related to logistical issues
    Software defined radio or similar

    Desired knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience:
    Defense Acquisition University Logistics Level III or equivalent certification
    Experience in supporting Department of the Navy, Air Force or Army projects to include performing professional or technical logistics work
    Experience in the analysis, preparation and presentation of data to leadership
    Proven excellence in writing and communication skills to provide updates and analysis of program logistics documentation
    Experience in planning, coordinating, administering and presenting working group meetings and briefings to various stakeholders and senior leadership
    Experience in tracking and analyzing various vendor production status reports and conducting investigations to understand issues that may arise during production type projects
    Experience in maintaining a tracker for production and depot type programs via Microsoft products
    Experience in preparing minutes for leadership personnel including specific logistics actions and track all logistics action items from internal and external meetings and conferences
    Experience in the preparation of technical/logistics studies and trade studies to develop the most costeffective approach for providing the required logistics support to deployed systems and equipment
    Experience in collaborating and coordinating with a cross matrix organization to ensure contract deliverables are adequately reviewed from a total logistics support perspective and approved in accordance with contract requirements
    Experience in working with various military services to validate ILS requirements and implement logistics support plans to meet requirements
    Experience in translating requirements to specifications
    Experience in gathering technical information, calculating, analyzing data and present logistics metrics for vendor's and field Reliability, Availability and Maintainability data via Microsoft products
    Experience in tracking squadron deployments and aircraft deliveries to ensure deliveries of products asrequired
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft office products
    Understanding of reliability, maintainability, and logistics requirements documented in USC Title 10, DoDI , DoDD , and NAVINST 5000.2
    Experience in assessing and presenting production issues and challenges, as well as, identifying and recommending solutions to leadership
    Experience in supporting the development and review of integrated logistics planning documents
    Ability to contribute Experience with coordinating, writing, reviewing and updating logistics relevant information
    Experience in assessing adherence to "focused logistics" requirements for rapid crisis response, tracking and shifting assets in route, and "tailored" logistics support package
    Experience in evaluating ILS impacts in CM documentation and engineering change proposals
    Experience in assisting efforts to manage and provide oversight of Support Equipment development

    The likely salary range for this position is $92,331 - $154,211. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

    Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
