Job Description


As a Quality Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing quality-related customer requirements during the 0-km phase. Serving as the interface between customers and the DENSO organization (various departments and production plants), you will act as the competent contact person for all quality-related issues in the project to ensure that customer expectations are met and product and process quality are maintained.

Regular business trips are part of the job, to conduct customer audits and other project-related requirements at production sites. Depending on the project, these production sites may be located within or outside of Europe.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Recording, tracking, and timely processing of 0-km complaints at the interface between customer and DENSO production plants;
  • Maintenance of customer portals and DENSO systems related to customer complaints;
  • Preparation and explanation of reports and analyses for internal and external customers;
  • Preparation of financial settlement of 0-km complaints;
  • Support of change management and monitoring of implementation of process changes in series
