Your responsibilities

  • You provide customer-oriented advice and create individual offers
  • You process customer orders reliably
  • You support sales with mailings, advertising, acquisition, and customer care
  • You coordinate our email and general correspondence

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You enjoy advising our customers over the phone
  • You are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly familiarize yourself with individual company software (Navision)
  • You are a skilled negotiator and can convince your conversation partners of advantageous solutions
