We are currently looking for a

Pedagogical Support Staff (m/f/d)

for the South Daycare Center

in part-time or full-time and on a permanent basis.

Employee housing is available for relocation.

The main tasks include:

  • Designing the pedagogical daily routine in collaboration with the team
  • Implementing and further developing our pedagogical concept
  • Promoting children in all areas
  • Independently conducting activities and projects
  • Age-appropriate support for children in daily life and play
  • Reflecting on and documenting pedagogical work with colleagues

What we expect from you:

  • You have completed training as a child care worker or have a comparable qualification
  • Experience working with infants and/or kindergarten children
  • You show enthusiasm, joy, and personal commitment for the profession
  • You have empathy, are empathetic, and maintain a loving and respectful relationship with children
