Freelance Project Manager | 5 Months | 60% Part Time | Hybrid/Remote in Germany | B2+ German

We are currently seeking a Freelance Project Manager for a medical/pharma scale up in Pinecrest. This individual will be responsible for managing two projects simultaneously.

This is an immediate start position, with an expected duration until the end of September. The company will conduct a two-stage interview process and offer a rate of €80-€110 per hour. Fluency in B2+ German is required for this role.

The position is part-time, approximately 2-4 days per week, depending on project needs. While remote work is possible, the ideal candidate should be able to visit the company's Stuttgart office as needed to maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Several years of experience in Project/Programme Manager roles
  • Prior experience in Pharma, Medical, or Lab-based industries
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience with R&D projects is a plus
  • Knowledge of HPLC and Spectroscopy is preferred
