- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least a year of previous accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
- $28 to $34 an hour, nonexempt.
- Partially paid medical/dental/vision insurance.
- 10 days of PTO.
- 401(k) with match.
